Rock Agree- i was just trying to give the simple answer.
More than to a conservative accountant means really more than. These guys could lose everything on a "judgement call" aint gonna happen.
All the partners are liable if they are found at fault.
Remember Enron

it is really positive cash flows and positive net income for the foreseable future. There is no DTA of there not any expected taxable profits. simple as that.
