Okay, I'm not trying to be harsh; I'm simply trying to make sure the details of the LAM agreement are clearly understood based on what information was given.

Normally, yes, I've come to expect that a typical toxic lender would have very onerous conversion rates set in place, causing the outstanding shares to blossom. But this does not appear to be the case with LAM and ADTM.

The settlement arrangement appears to be much more favorable and I think it's because we have a clever CEO at the helm who knows how to negotiate agreements in our favor. That's a huge bonus for us!
