During the frenzied build up to the much ballyhooed January 1st legalization of recreational MJ in California, I suggested that California legalization would have zero beneficial effect on SIPC's PPS. It appears I was right as the PPS for SIPC has dropped 35.7% since the first trading day of 2018 on January 2, 2018. Ouch.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
