Think we are in same situation as the fall of 1999, or spring of 2007, about to have first of 10% correction followed by rally to new highs on optimism for economy, before reality sets in.

Am going to buy anytime trin over 1.7 and tick below -400, or vix gets over 14 (sell the farm and buy stocks if vix gets over 22 next couple weeks)
