Wait...let me stop you there...the filing highlighted the settlement agreement. Company has no choice now in the matter with regard to what Lam does with its shares. Now folks have to trade accordingly. Dilution, yes...but not that endless, toxic stuff that results in nothing but a downward spiral...at least not that has been seen thus far.
All things are relative. Pps still green today, yes? And green Friday, yes? Traders are aware of the increasing OS...but whatever seems to be coming to the market here appears off-set by the volume. Don't be surprised to get a PR any day now declaring Lam is no longer holding shares...and that ADTM is 'now in the clear' to move forward from this.
Now...dont know if this is the 'game plan'" but here in the OTC, certainly not unusual to use the news cycle thats left to get Lam out of the way. Many examples SA*P , AN*I , etc of these things catching fire once the news feed gets going. Nust sayin.
