The DEA isn’t trying to reclassify, they already did back in 2016. February 15 is the date when the DEA will be taken to appeals court to overturn their reclassification decision. Since CBD’s already fall into schedule 1 territory since, this should have already been worked into the pps. Once the DEA loses in court, CBD stocks will soar to new highs. They can’t hold this down much longer.
