NOPE...that was why the Stop Gap Bill has been passed twice to keep the Government running.

No way will this country go broke with a bunch of Broken Politicians arguing over a Marijuana spending Bill included in it.

One that prevents our Federal Government from prosecuting any/all individual State's.
