cmon man , do you see all the assets they have...they are not defaulting on any debt. They will do a RS and maybe stock might take a ding and then move higher but if they coupled it with a Nasdaq enlist PR or maybe a Merger it will be a positive RS ...who the hell knows...all I know is when congress moves fast on Sessions this stock will be way beyond the 52 week high. DP said he would not do a RS in vacuum conditions . I bet he does a Merger with a bigger company and jumps on Nasdaq....the stock will go higher.
