This management team has had years to put these docs together. If an extension is filed it's to buy more time. I would agree with the post 9 days left, this should be do or die time. Either Bass was right and it was a successful short or UDF was right a company with solid business plan and a solid book. But the way us shareholders have been treated by the company during this debacle makes me a skeptic.
