Now that's a nice bid! I know the Mod on the board wants everyone to believe the Goldman purchase anticipated is for half the float of 'the newly reorganized comlany', but when you look at the dollar amount Goldman says they eill be using, thr math suggests they are talking sbout the current commons...also, the rule re: use of the NOL's require some protections for unsecured creditors as well.

IMVHO, worth the gamble here. Tomorrow we find out more.
