CEO claims to be close to smartwatch licensing "deal" LOL

How many times has he tried that ruse to help dump shares on unsuspecting investors?

One note about the Chinese smart watches. Most can be bought in quantity for $7-$12 each.
Plus they don't need Hop-On. Android licensing can easily be obtained without Hop-On.....for free.
