hogwash.. the shares are required to be held for 1yr, all exemptions are met other than the fact that the company (PURA) and (USMJ) <ACI> are refusing to return the TA's calls and will not provide direction, (yes or no) regarding the removal of the restricted legend..

Where in the SEC filing does it say that the company intends to keep investors from having the restriction removed, indefinitely?

i reiterate.. hogwash

Restrictions on the issued stock can not be lifted. Its in the filing with the SEC at the time it was filed. You have to live with the current rules.
