Judgment was rendered by this Honorable Court on May 29, 2012, casting Ronald L. Blackburn in judgment to David Hallin on the Promissory Note he signed in the principal amount
of $45,000.00 dated May 16, 2008; and, casting Ronald L. Blackburn in judgment to Highground, Inc. on two Promissory Notes he signed in the principal amounts of $150,000.00 and $59,950.00 dated May 16, 2008.

An Order be issued and that defendant, Ronald L. Blackburn, be authorized to deposit into the registry of the court or another designated depository for the account of the plaintiffs, David Hallin and Highground, Inc. the following amounts representing the principal amount plus seven (7%) percent per annum interest from May 16, 2008 until August 21, 2012.
