G übre that enables the monitoring and control to land use in the production of fertilizer Tracking System (GTS), from 1 January 2018 to life.

With this system, the pigments supplied to the market will be able to physically follow up from the manufacturer / importer to the end user. With this system, the DNA barcode system used for identification and marking in many crops will be used with fertilizer together with GTS. The infrastructure of the project has also been completed.

Nitrate fertilizers to be packed, square code and DNA will be presented to the market with barcodes. Later, during the year other fertilizers will be gradually switched to be applied.

GTS will bring many benefits and facilities related to the use of fertilizers. The whole process from fertilizer to producer or from importer to end user will be possible. In this way, any loss will be detected and it will be possible to detect informal sales.

With GTS, fake, counterfeit and adulterated fertilizers can be detected so that farmers and farmers will be protected.

A meeting was held in the meeting hall of the Provincial Directorate with the participation of the fertilizer dealers operating in our province in order to introduce GTS and to inform them.

Abdulsetter BAYRAM, Provincial Director of Plant Production and Plant Health Branch, G. Merve SEN KUL, Agricultural Engineer Ibrahim YILDIRIM, Gültekin VEREN and 26 fertilizer vendors attended the meeting.

With the GTS, which is based on the DNA barcode and the barcode symbology of Turkish Engineering, all of our Ministry's National Agriculture Project will be controlled and monitored in terms of human and environmental health as well as preventing forgery, imitation and torture in fertilizer.

The Head of the Plant Production and Plant Health Branch at the meeting explained how the "Fertilizer Tracking System" was operated by Gültekin VEREN and how the franchisees would use the system in practice.
