I think that "news" from Toyota, was a PR stunt in conjunction with the LA Auto Show... and nothing more; and they were successful in gaining some headlines.

True, the technology works and it is certified by CA, but the Toyota facility is not permitted or licensed, because this process also looks at the economics as well as the technologies. So like Beacon Fails, this is another PR / PIPE DREAM.

So once again, we all know the technology works, and so does plasma waste disposal, for that matter, but when you add the value component to the equation, these are great technologies without a viable market.
