That's right, because no one has a clue what they are doing. When the upper echelon of thinking is a FELON and a washed up radical liberal professor ( doctor double BUCK) who could not tell a beetle infestation was killing North Carolina Pine tress ( he thought it was the meanies in the Tennessee coal industry)

OBTW did anyone follow my USDA 2017 like on HEMP that was screamed for?

Sure a far cry from Perlowins claim of "5 acre farms making $500,000 a year"
