So i have a riddle on Fir Tree.

They appeared to have Settled with Syncora on Friday 12th - for unknown terms. No attorney costs to either. With prejudice to Plantiff - ergo Fir Tree can NOT sue again.

Intriguely its a DAY AFTER (11th) JPM GLOBAL SETTLEMENT

I suspect they both saw new checks cut and decided to deal.

Interestingly this filing comes after Syncora's motion to Dismiss Fir Tree's compliant hearing on Jan 9th.
