If all of us little peons have figured out """LET'S SAY""" that the preferreds are supposedly capped then GUESS WHAT, so have DA BOYZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now IF IF IF they are on the same page with this?, IF IF IF there is then gonna be a swap for value, guess what they will do?
The COMPANY WILL EXCHANGE COMMONS for preffered shares.
Remember it has been said that BOTH have the OPTION to be exchanged, BUT ONLY AT THE COMPANY'S discretion................
Now IF F IFas I figure DA BOYZ probably hold aprox 85% of ALL PREFEREDS outstanding, do you really THU they are gonna take a back seat to us lowly little common holders????????????
Plus imho this give the overall appearance of all being made good here and everything just rolls on down the road preferred and commons hand in hand.
People these folks are BUDs they were gonna steal the whole ball of wax and they aint gonna leave themselves out of the party, and IMHO KOSTUROUS has the LEGAL AUTHORITY ability to do this. They surely aren't gonna allow themselves to be KICKED to the curb this late in the game REALLYYYYYYY
