Before I start I just want to preface this by saying that I am a holder of PTOP and have been for some time. What I am going to say will only hurt my position but hopefully I am wrong. All my previous post have been positive for this company. After the past two weeks decline, I started to actually dig into the facts of this company and unfortunately its not good.

For one, this company has no true office or phone number. From what I can find, there is three addresses associated with this company:

2360 Corporate Circle
Suite 400
Henderson, NV
(702) 608-7360

85 Constitution Lane
Suite 300-B2
Danvers, MA
(617) 206-3300

230 Independence Way
Suite #200
Danvers, MA
(978) 335-4066

None of these places exist. Any number associated is either disconnected or goes to voicemail every time. The last address is not even real. Do a google search, IT DOESN'T EXIST.

How is this a real company with no customer service? RED FLAG #1

The next shady aspect is the website. How do you even contact anyone? There is no phone number. Anything I can find just goes to a Chris Esposito voicemail. There doesn't seem to be anyone else that can be contacted at this company. How can they possibly be running a business this way? Go ahead and try to contact the supposed CEO James Bento. YOU CAN'T. There is a filing naming him CEO back in early 2017 but his pay is meager and makes me think this is just a front to put his name on the company to give it legitimacy. There is no contact information for him anywhere associated with the company. RED FLAG #2

However, I paid for some services and have his home address and phone number. I am expecting Chris to do the right thing here or I will release it. Both of these men live in Massachussettes.

Now, I gave Chris the benefit of the doubt that despite his SEC charges he maybe was trying to be legit this time around. However, after digging deeper and contacting an old college friend that used to work with the SEC, I have found that he has had more than one run in with the SEC. Now we have a company that has no true location or direct phone number and is run by a multiple time SEC offender.

Doesn't look good guys.

CHRIS IF YOU ARE READING THIS, you have the chance to do the right thing here. I suggest you do it. What would your mother Donna and wife Alison think of you being charged by the SEC again? What would your kids Jake, Chris, Colin and Jessie do with you behind bars? Alison will have to support a jail bound husband all on what she makes working at Giblees in Danvers, MA?

Do the right thing Chris. If this is not a scam, then you have nothing to worry about. If it is, then I suggest you start buying the shares back you are dumping to get rich. I have your address as well as James. How are the sports teams doing at Masconomet High School this year?
