If oil was heading to $100 I would be buying oil futures. I would not be buying stock in a company that has no oil reserves, no partners, no money, no plans to drill anywhere and that may ne transitioning out of the oil exploration business entirely.

And I have done my research. It appears offshore drilling is still the laggard in the industry.
