Some letter posted on twitter regarding Klaussman Krieg Group wants to buy “private shares” but for whatever reason I guess the shares in the float aren’t special.

I emailed the company (Klaussman) and for whatever reason, they only want to speak with shareholders and answer questions via phone. Strange considering I stated “Yes or No answers please”
