Don't worry. Anyone talking about the recent events of WDDD talking about a few shares being exercised as well as warrants is desperate for negatives. Anyone would be talking about how the positive Wi-Fi ruling can completely reverse the PTAB ruling where claims were lost, as well as how Oil States is getting closer and closer, settlement remains a possibility, and judge panel could be upcoming.

You saw the PPS increase (over 150%) on just Wi-Fi. Imagine in six months if Oil States is positive and judge panel is positive.

It costs the npe more, especially ones always needing financing to stay alive -that creates leverage

If you believe a big player will settle with a npe you are fooling yourself, as all it will do will invite other npe's or trolls to sue them

If the expected cost of the court proceedings is more than the cost of settlement, they'll do it.

If Activision is seriously concerned that they have been infringing on a host of other patents where they could potentially lose in the future.....that's a whole other argument.

I doubt that's the case. If they turned down a host of other offers (a la WDDD) to use their IP, they're screwed either way.
