Why do the financial statements show zero revenue then?

& EAPH does not file with the Securities & Exchange Commission, they file unaudited statements to OTC markets since they are NOT an SEC reporting company otherwise the statements would be filed as 10Q's, hence the large "unaudited (prepared by management)" disclaimer on the first page and the top of every single page of every report as well for that matter.
