Your dreams of descheduling are soon a reality

Talks by congressman Polis of this being pushed for Friday, Jan 19. When this is passed, then it's essentially just like descheduling because the federal government can't spend any money to touch the industry- whether it be medical or recreational.

The bill is H.R.4779, slated to be passed with the continued resolution this week in lieu of the rohrabacher-farr amendment. This way it'll protect state recreational as well.

There are lines in the bill that will allow any financial services to be obtained by these companies, bank accounts, etc.

This is just as good as descheduling and obviously the descheduling would be the next step as stated by a congressman polis.
