SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

Dear Shareholders,
I just wanted to follow up with a few updates. I'm working with my programmers on blockchain and our own "Virtual" cryptocurrency.

Although the new group here will continue to work within the MJ market space and develop their plan, I will be providing the cryptocurrency component so that the company can do its own ICO for its shareholders. (ICO is Initial Coin Offering), since the company is already publicly traded, the ICO allows the current shareholders to be the "first in line" for the ICO.

I feel extremely confident that the ICO will enhance the shareholders value in this company, but also that the "Virtual" currency will enhance the company's MJ market and possibly provide MJ community another option for trades and processing as well as the element of convenience while the industry waits for the Feds to rule on the banking and other issues.
