The security ADTM is restricted from purchases at Scottrade due to an NSCC Illiquid Charge. This means that the costs associated with clearing the securities exceed the value of the security. Broker/dealers are required to pledge capital for security positions at NSCC. The amount of capital required for a particular security varies depending on attributes associated with that security. For example, Scottrade may be required to pledge $1.00 per share to hold a security valued at $0.01. In certain cases, Scottrade chooses not to offer those securities.
While you may not purchase additional shares of ADTM at this time, you would be able to sell your shares online.
