think about it though ive searched for an s-1 registration for northcoastventures cant find one.so lets say the bros have set some good things lined up here at fdbl by doing like a "straw purchase" involving a group like northcoastventures they take us out on the cheap and keep northcoastventures private until they are ready to do a ipo at a far higher price.just an angle ive thought about its happened before.imo
