Yep, I agree it would be very positive.

I wouldn't necessarily expect a share price increase, let alone a significant one.... however, when/if they announce the MANUFACTURE of lots of AOTs, even absent an order, then I would expect some reaction.

It's nice to think that this can't drag on forever.

If there is really no private placement on the table, and they really do use preferred shares, then we will be very close to some actual deployments.... thank goodness.

The length of time this is taking is really surprisingly long, and it often feels that it will never happen.

So finally seeing some actual limits on how long this can drag on is slightly encouraging (but who knows. Maybe they get 2m in institutional money, don't put in any build order for six months, and we don't hear peep yet again. I'm ready for anything.)
