Dilution at recent highs would have spelled scam to many, PPS would drop sub penny.

over the past year (and more) millions and millions could have been made if someone knew when to put in, and when to take out.

PPS could slowly drop, months will go by, years will go by, and eventually everyone will forget about JBZY... if nothing 'else' ever happens...

Dilution at recent highs would have made a lot of investors very angry.

but time will tell!
