You are exactly correct as far as I’m concerned. The only part that I feel you may have left out is the fact that the CEO, on several press releases, told us that the company is currently in the process of becoming current. Obviously that was never true. If he and/or the company has been misleading investors with completely false and dishonest information then the company will pay.
