and he is not the man listed as Legal Representative and Shareholder for ZHONG JI MING YANG:

Then...
JB&ZJMY HOLDING COMPANY might have 'stole' another companies logo and used it in an OTC filing.

note: the Z logo was officially protected as a trademark December 28, 2017.
(Well after DOLV filed the OTC report with the logo in it).
