Unless it has changed in the last month or so, they don't have any copyrights to enforce, and haven't for a long time. You can look it up, if you're interested. 'Patents' remain applied for, as they have been for years. There is no intellectual property to protect. Their DrJ stuff is up for review as well (if they have the cash, I suspect they will renew). They also post a GreenGuard certificate, but as far as I can tell they no longer have that either (suggest somebody else look and verify one way or the other). Pretty sure the one they HAD has long since expired. Maybe they are too busy working on their Financial filings....
Little housekeeping is getting done, if any. Maybe they are just too busy painting fence pickets for TX and FL.
