Again....not so. We never know if they respond within 90 days to start another 90 day period. Shareholders are completely in the dark.

Which would not be the case if FINRA could simply deny it. I am not suggesting they be given the power to do so because there are good reasons they NOT have that power.

The question starting this thread was "when will there be the RS?" and the proper answer is that we may never know until it happens....even years from now.

I love Carrots. But that is just my opinion. Like all of my posts are just my opinion. As in "MY OPINION ONLY".
