The target market with the 2018 approved engines are classes 6 thru 8. The most popular engines in CMI's lineup are ISX12N, and the L9N. Even back when I was buying equipment those two engines were the most sold.
This year it is expected the class 8 market will sell 300,000 units in the US. World wide unknown?

Diesel is expected to continue being $3.00 in the midwest and close to $4.00 in California and the west coast. This high cost will make the decision to buy NatGas power much easier for many truckers.
