Been looking at the divergences on the 15 minute chart lately. Have not back tested this, but noticed that when a deep overbought/sold divergence happen, price is more likely to reverse, however if it is not followed by the opposite overbought/sold divergence, it may just be a pullback and the trend may continue.
I noticed that lately we have not gone into a deep oversold area, rather just bouncing off the 30 with no deep divergences, and the trend continued higher.
