Let's imagine Delfin owns 85% of outstanding shares and injects 100 dollars into TGLO, wouldn't that dilute that 100$? Now imagine this in billions of dollars. I'm not trying to bash TGLO but it doesn't really advantage the company to do something like that, although they might have other advantages like going public sooner.
Maybe I just don't know enough about mergers?
