IMO:

It relates directly to the Prepackaged Plan and the Prepetition rights to certain creditors. Essentially, dictates the source and timing of payments to creditors outlined by the plan. Failure by the BK Court to Approve puts the entire "Restructure Plan" in jeopardy.
