I noticed that the letter says "The Applicant appreciates the Examiner's suggestion regarding this issue and has amended claim 1 in part to require "one or more devices" and "one or more processors" configured to perform the stated limitations."
If they weren't really working toward and expecting a solution (the Applicant and the Examiner), then it seems unlikely the Examiner would be wasting time making "suggestions"... this approval is going to happen, imo... it's just a matter of time and some amendments. You start with the broadest application, expecting it to get rejected, and slowing make it more focused until it's accepted... that way you get the broadest patent possible...
