I’m not sure how North Korea got into the narrative here, but welcome to mental Monday!

Mental Monday is for pointing out the glaring fraud in our case, I urge others to participate: Today’s mentalness is when you know a company that valued themselves at $1.3b then went into bankruptcy and valued themselves at $200-300m in order to prevent a C7 scenario and then just a few short months later emerged from bankruptcy with financing of $220m (126m first lien and 95m second lien), which is as you’ve just worked out 100% of the valuation they placed on themselves during the bankruptcy! Yup, the company was so ‘hopelessly insolvent’ that someone lent them their entire company valuation!

Now, ask yourselves why would someone (we know it’s several parties but work with me here...) lend a company it’s entire valuation analysis if indeed it was not worth a heck of a lot more?
