INFORMATIONAL EMAIL FROM TOM!!
I emailed Tom two weeks ago and just recently heard back (sorry about posting this later than usual - things have been quite busy with my wife and I as we JUST signed a contract to have our house built this past week!!)
Here you go:
1. When do you plan to release ANY news? Why is CannaNet, INMG, and LocalCannabisDispensary so quiet and not over-communicating to investors? I understand the need to release news (PR) when applicable but silence is not golden in this business As material developments are finalized news will be released
2. What mutually beneficial partnerships were made prior to Jan 1 in preparation of marijuana becoming legal in CA? CannaNet.TV’s Local Cannabis Dispensary businesses is actively pursuing relationships
3. You stated there were 2 more conferences that were being attended between November and the end of 2017. What were they and why wasn’t that communicated to investors or even the public? In the Company’s view attending conferences is not necessarily material. The Company will likely be more involved with the MJAC Cannabis/Crypto conference in Pittsburgh this April
4. What does INMGs roadmap look like for 2018? On the same road
5. Do you plan to have an ICO with Innovativ Media Group? We are exploring the space
6. When do you plan to release financials for Q4? Year End report is due in March
7. Why were social media accounts so quiet for almost an entire month (December)? CannaNet.TV’s social media is not directly managed by the Company but we assume there was less going on
8. It seems to me that there is heavy manipulation that many are beginning to feel the need to report INMG for legal purposes (according to information provided to via iHub). Are you, or is your company, manipulating the value of INMG for financial self-gain? I’m only asking for peace of mind as I trust you We reject the insinuation for which there is no basis or even logic – the Company’s principal focus has always been and will always be enhancing shareholder value
9. What their information can we expect in the NEAR future? We cannot reveal any non-public info to you
The PPS is not being accurately reflected and even I’m beginning to lose faith due to lack of communication.

Ok, so there are A FEW BIG THINGS IN THIS REAPONSE: (1) Number 1 stated says “things are finalized” - an indication developments are already being worked out and like ALL startups, need a little time to work out processes and plans (2) Number 3 states he plans to attend the MJAC Conference in April - for all the naysayers or those in disbelief about last year... have you not learned anything about startups? Great job to CEO and team for still pursuing this big event! (3) Number 5 states they are exploring the option of an ICO! (4) Number 6 states Q4 financials are due in March!
Is anyone else as excited about the next 60 days as I am? I have in the past, and will always, believe that INMG is the next OW*P but MUCH BIGGER! Many things are happening but I wanted to be sure I shared this information with everyone!
