Don’t you still have millions of shares? If so, you’re “long” at this point.

I do agree that CCGI refuses to pay; they clearly are capable as they simply cycle through RSes.

The settlement is clearly a non-issue at this point. I won’t be shocked to see it continue to drag on indefinitely.

JNSH is now reliant on VW or major Chicago investment news to move the needle. The current valuation is roughly correlated to the positive financials already.
