Any one here familiar with the "building" of Dr. Frosts last company IVAX? Did he slowly acquire hundreds of millions of shares and then literally lull shareholders asleep before sequential quarters of exploding profits and stock splits? This was his mo right? All this too right before Teva bought it out supposedly "screwing" shorts?

For some reason this company doesnt have the same feel about it to me. While I wasnt there for the Ivax build I heard early on about some stock splits on a different board. Definitely a different day and age but with all the mergers he has completed, and this late in the game, I find it hard to believe the one BRLI deal has sank the earnings ship.
