Nope not true... It hardly even traded that many shares let along all share sold LMFAO... To say "sell off non stop don't get caught in it" is so ridicules that its hilarious.

BUT even it was true that is was 500 million!! So what, that would still be super low of a OS for a Pinkie stock that 85% of all Pinkies.

Here's how a public company work. Do understand that public company uses shares to fund the growth and pay bills until the company is making enough revenue that is can self sustain all of it's expenses. They get secure loans by using the shares that in turn are sold on the market by the loan company to pay of the debt.

There are folks that don't have business experience and actually think a company shouldn't be diluting (dumping) shares ever LMAO... They think its free for research and development of products, they must think that hiring top notch employees will work for free until revs come in. They think the rent and utility bills are all free too. If there were no dilution then there would be no company. Granted some Pinkies ( high percentage) sell shares forever and never have any progress in developing a company but as we can see that is no the case of WRFX. They have developed programs to market, they have hire CEO to run those divisions, they have hired sales managers that are putting a national marketed program together. And all of this cost money believe is or not.

Next question is that the dilution bother some here. Let me explain this so you can understand that. If the company needed $100,000 for business total expenses would work out to be about a value of .0002 or so per share. PEANUTS... I would give .0002 per share any day for the chance of owning a company shares that will be bringing Millions of Revs potentially and making the shares worth Pennies if not dollars in the near future. So all the complaining of using shares to promote the company is really form folks that don't have a clue on what that dilution does for the value of the company and the value for the share holder.

I'm here for my money
