IMHO if and when the price goes above the previous high 0.46
then institutions will start dipping their toes on the shallow side of the pool. They will only start swimming on the deep end only when the price is no more in penny land.
Stress test is the key parameter at this time.
Positive stress test will propel the price to levels not seen in few years. Negative stress test will send the price tumbling to low twenties or upper teens.
