How can a public company CEO say he has reported the fake news to FINRA - it would be the SEC not FINRA. SMH! What is funny - Mersky said the exact same nonsense - he was reporting "fake news" to FINRA.

Talk about fake news - I posted that the email patent had been rejected twice and I actually posted the documents from the USPTO instead of yammering on social media without any facts. I stated they were Non-final rejections - but the facts are all the Claims were rejected because they infringed on existing patents.

OK let's set the record straight - the Cellucci equity investors are from toxic financing - the financing is floorless - meaning it that it doesn't matter if the price goes down - they receive more shares.

A true equity investor would be upset if the price goes down as their shares don't increase.

Cellucci is trying to dupe investors into thinking toxic financing is equity investors - try telling that to Wall Street - if Cellucci was on the big boards he would have to resign.

It is comical that Cellucci says the toxic lenders won't dump - they don't hold pinky stock.
