Yep, the more complex it is and looks the easier it is to play a shell game with investors...IMHO.

Sal will always go down as the guy who poses in front of a CG site on a Sunday nite seemingly celebrating the done deal, culminating weeks of hype, only to have a few hours later a denial of any deal from the outfit being acquired...yeah, I'm sure in the middle of that Sunday night, between midnight and 6AM, things went to hell in a hand basket...maybe but ya think we would ever get an official explanation...been months now and nada that I know about...instead we get a "quiet time' from the bad boys/girls while they regroup for another run at a new 'deal'.

I hope everyone makes a buck dealing with such an obvious scammer....in this case I'll settle for my tax loss and watch rather than support such behavior.
