There seems to be an issue that is holding up the APPROVAL!!

On the 13th WAC filed a "Debtors Memorandum of Law in Support of BK Courts Subject Matter-Jurisdiction to Approve Affiliated Guarantee Releases".

Preliminary Statement: The Debtor submits this supplemental brief to address the jurisdiction basis for the Court to grant narrowly tailored, non-consensual third party releases for the Debtors operating subsidiaries on account of prepetition debt for which the Debtor is primarily liable. etc. etc.

As demonstrated at the hearing on 01/12/18 by uncontroverted evidence in the record, the Prepackaged Plan satisfies all of the requirements for confirmation set forth in Section 1129 of the BK Code and is supported by nearly 100% of its voting stakeholders, a rare feat for any prepackaged chp 11 plan. The only objecting party is the United States TTE for Region 2, which among other things, challenged the Courts subject matter jurisdiction to approve the Affiliate Guarantee Releases......etc etc.
