Hello, I am an investor emailing you about a company that goes by the name of Santo and I saw this company’s announcement of a merger between themselves “SANTO with another company known as Canoepool”, the company Santo goes by the ticker SANP, they continued to announce on twitter of updates on financials for their quarters but never posted any financials, in which the stock rose dramatically all the way to .oo24 and dropped daily to close down to .oo9 by today over a week decline. It Turns out that the CEo diluted the shares and made the investors take the losses. After this dilution there is a possible pump sharing the financials just to get the stocks to rise again in order to sell off shares again. Many investors would ask the company on their twitter post and announcements yet they ignore all the investors. They also posted a telegram app group for investors to chat together to separate those who would try to warn of this company's fraud and if you did so they would block you from the chat. There has been 2-3 attempts of companies this ticker tried to pump with and I read that they have done this before. They are actually claiming to be mining bitcoin and plan to start one of the largest bitcoin mining pools in the US yet, they have no SEC filings of the merger. The phone numbers they posted for their contact info-no one answers, they never email back, i’m not even sure if the address they posted is valid, and hey never seem to reply to any investors on their social media. Can you check on this company for me and get some information on if this company is actually legit or if they are con-artist? I believe this company is secretly doing some fowl play and needs to be seized along with its stolen assets.
