Thanks. Audited financials is one of the prerequisite for trading on OTC QB. Compared to Pink Sheets, actually if we are on OTC QB it helps us for getting money from pension funds and institutional investors. Anyway, there was no business in the last couple of years, so auditing accounts will be done smoothly probably in a weeks time.
