I believe I'm on the right track. It seems like these partnerships will be creating a new satellite that is low orbiting. This new technology allows the size of the satellite to be about the size of a tissue box. Meaning that a small rocket can be used to launch it into space. The satellite will run on block chain technology. This gives the new so called internet for them by passing Google and Amazon. The cost is much less with the size of the new satellite. This is what they are hinting at being decentralized internet.We will see.
